Why boycott Israel?

April 11, 2013

Date/Time
Date(s) - 11 Apr 2013 until 11 Apr 2013
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

A talk by Michael Deas, European Co-ordinator for the Palestinian Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions National Committee

Thursday 11th April 2013, 6pm, University of Sussex – Room 104 Fulton Building

In 2009, Sussex students voted in favour of a boycott of Israeli goods  in their union shops. This made Sussex the first UK university to fully implement such a boycott.

Over 100 organisations within Palestinian civil society have called for an international movement for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) until Israel complies with international law.

Hosted by Sussex Friends of Israel.
